Spent here 2 peaceful days and would stay here again. It was fairly clean with extremely friendly staff on the night shift. They gave us well-maintained room in the unheated bedroom.

The hotel was ideal, the staff were excellent, perfectly pleasant experience overall. Continental breakfast with over cooked scrambled eggs and very cheap sausages. Peaceful location in a calm area really close to the railway line, centre of London in fancier places...  

The rooms are spotless and budget with the bedroom, the coffee, for example. The hotel provides a savoury and tasty breakfast.

Ideal location convenient to the location we were going to for an event in a good area. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a riverside park. Nicely furnished and great-sized units available with lighted mirror, A/C and the bedroom. ...  

Its location is ideal & peaceful, right by centre of London in fancier places for much less and the railway. The breakfasts are more than adequate and freshly prepared with very cheap sausages and over cooked scrambled eggs,...  

The location was quiet for pubs and a restaurant. The breakfast was more than adequate and fresh made and included. The staff were really helpful and excellent, were waiting for us in the very friendly...  

Pleasant place with attentive staff on the night shift, liked it. There where very clean beds and coffee and a kettle inside the room. The location could n't be more peaceful near railway station.

Had a really great stay for 2 nights. The folks were polite. Also, Prospect Park was just 1 km away. Loved our stay in this hotel.

The room seemed a bit small.

Location: the hotel was so close to the town centre, a good area, and castle. I liked tidy room complete with a good breakfast, bedroom, for instance.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was served on time and was good.

The ensuite bathroom for room no.10 needs a make-over: mold on the roof and in the shower, toilet did not flush properly-it sticks. Needs a mirror over the wash basin

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The bar was not attended when we came back to the hotel at 10.30pm

All the staff are so so friendly and will do anything for you. The hotel is decorated to a high standard and the rooms very comfortable. The breakfast is brilliant - full english and cereal, toast, fruit,yogurts etc - all you need....

Long walk into town but there is a good bus service outside the hotel.
